MINISTRY OF TEXTILES has prepared a Quality Control Order in respect of the above said products in consultation with BIS in order to bring it under mandatory BIS certification keeping in view the human safety and for ensuring the optimum quality of product. The QCO for these 20 products is attached below:

The notification was released on 28th March 2024 and it will be implemented from 1st July 2024.
